I love working with chronic pain and injuries while incorporating some relaxation into your day! Your massage session is likely to include some trigger point work, fascia work, joint manipulation, craniosacral therapy, and a combination of light-medium pressure working into deep tissue work. I will check in with you on pressure but this is your time and I encourage you to cue me in if you're needing any adjustments to make you more comfortable! I've trained in neuromuscular therapy, ortho-muscular massage, pre and post natal massage, Upledger Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release, as well as traditional Swedish and deep tissue massage. 

I also love working with problematic and aging skin! Your facial service will be customized to your skin's needs. Each individual has different needs for their skin and that can change by the month or season. There is no additional charge if you need a facial for acne prone, aging, or sensitive skin. Clinical exfoliation includes diamond-tip microdermabrasion or chemical peel. We'll decide together which type, if any, is best for your skincare goals!
